PERSONALISED ORDERS:
​Please check and double check the names and information when you order as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for personalised items. If you do make an error with your order please email us and we will do all we can to help rectify the mistake.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
​Please contact us within 7 days of recieving your item if your order is damaged or incorrect. We would ask you to provide a photograph/s of the issue, including packaging in the case of damage. Once recieved we will replace or refund your order.

PAYMENT​
We accept certain credit and debit cards.
Orders will only be fulfilled once payment has been taken and cleared.
All products, orders and refunds are valued in GBP Sterling. Currency conversion rates may sometimes vary, and are determined by the external payment processor.
The price includes VAT and does not include the cost of delivery.

DELIVERY​
Please ensure that all delivery address details, including a contact telephone number, are correct when you place your order. The Make Believery will send you the estimated date for your delivery, in your confirmation of order email, but please note, we are not responsible for postage delays outside of our control. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis – delivery times may vary from usual shipping times, we will update you wherever possible, and suggest ordering with planty of time.
We cannot be responsible for Parcels that are returned to sender which show at least one attempted delivery, or an issue raised by the courier on the tracking that was not responded to by the end-customer, may incur charges to resend. All customs fees, duties & charges levied at the point of entry are payable by the customer/recipient.
​Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis – delivery times may vary from usual shipping times, we will update you wherever possible but can not be held responsible due to postage delays surrounding these circumstances.
